EveryTimer Pro ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, EveryTimer Pro (the "Application").

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data that can directly identify you (such as your name, email address, or phone number) during the normal use of the Application, unless you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g., when contacting support).

• App Data & iCloud Sync: All tasks, templates, groups, timer sessions, and statistics you create within the Application are stored locally on your device. If you enable the iCloud backup/sync feature, this data is securely transmitted and stored in your personal Apple iCloud storage to allow data backup and synchronization across your devices. We do not own, manage, or have any access to your data stored in iCloud.
• In-App Purchases: All financial transactions and subscriptions are processed securely by Apple via the App Store Connect platform. We do not collect or store your billing information, credit card numbers, or transaction details. We only receive anonymized transaction receipts from Apple to validate your subscription status.
• Advertising & Tracking Data (Google AdMob): We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within the Application. To provide personalized advertising experiences, Google AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as Apple's Identifier for Advertisers - IDFA) and general usage data (such as ad impressions and clicks). This tracking only occurs if you explicitly grant permission via the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, Google AdMob will only serve non-personalized, generic ads.
• Automatically Collected Information (Analytics): We may use privacy-compliant, third-party analytics tools (such as Apple App Analytics) to collect anonymous technical data. This includes your device type, operating system version, and general usage statistics (e.g., session duration, app crashes). This information is purely used to improve the performance and usability of the Application.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect strictly to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the features and functionality of the Application.
• Deliver and display advertisements through Google AdMob based on your tracking preferences.
• Respond to customer service requests and support emails.
• Monitor and analyze anonymous usage trends to optimize app performance.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose anonymized technical or advertising data only when required by law, to enforce our app policies, or to protect our or others' rights, property, or safety.
